A better way to do screencasts

Topic: Web programming

My friend Paddy Mullen recently released TerminalCast, a sort of online ttyrec player with synced audio (it is in fact based on a full in-browser JavaScript reimplementation of rxvt-unicode that Paddy wrote). This lets you do non-blurry screencast tutorials with full copy-and-paste support. I am planning to make a Lisp web tutorial sometime in the near future.

Paddy will be giving a talk about TerminalCast at the next LispNYC meeting on October 13.
